17 years later, the two baseball players Young Kwang and throughout Woo and nursing assist Jae In meet one more time, but Young Kwang still did not recognize it was Jae In whom he's fallen in love to begin with sight 17 years previously. He tells her to return to her privileged life which she's forgotten, the one which has ignored and brought her a lot pain.
With In Woo as well as Young Kwang together, both men starts pestering Jae In's life in the hospital from day a single and makes her suffer… But this time around, there is a modest box that was sent before Jae In, it contains the absent clues to her father 17 typical.

17년 전 첫눈에 반했던 바로 그 윤재인임을 알아채지 못한 영광은
그녀 덕분에 목숨을 건졌다는 사실조차 모른채 그녀를 무시하면서 상처를 준다.
